Laser marking is a kind of technique of marking permanent sign on the object's surface by using laser bean with high energy density. The laser marking machine is an integrated machine-electricity facility that integrates many techniques referring to laser, optics, mechanism, electricity, computer etc into a whole. For the present, there are two methods controlling the laser marking, which are computer control and single chip microcomputer control. Because of the advantages and defects with each method, we design a laser marking control system controlled by computer and single chip microcomputer.In this thesis, system structure made of host computer and slave computer is introduced. Main function of the host computer is capable of inputting, transforming, transmitting files and setting marking parameters. The controller of single chip microcomputer is made of single chip microcomputer 89C52, data memory, keyboard input and display, driving circuit board etc. It's functions are receiving, storing, managing several marking files, receiving marking parameters input by user, and controlling the marking.In the slave computer, the beeline interpolation algorithm of point by point comparison is adopted in the PLT format files. Through improving the algorithm, the marking precision and efficiency are increasing greatly . So the laser can come back to the starting point exactly after finishing or stopping marking , automatic marking continuously is realized. Two directions marking is adopted into the BMP, PCX lattice image files, which can increase marking speed greatly.Because many files are stored in the MSF of Flash memory 29C040,in order to enhancing the utilization rate, the file allocation table is used to manage memory and marking files. For the sake of that the controller can work stably and reliably for a long time, we use many anti-jamming techniques, such as watchdog, power supply checking, isolation technique, instruction redundancy etc. For theneed of different occasions, we write many functions about point by point comparison, digital integral, midpoint, time-sharing interpolations, which can be used when upgrade.This thesis studies emphatically interpolation algorithms Used hi outline machining , introduces the designs of the system's hardware and software, and studies and introduces many anti-jamming techniques in the single chip microcomputer control system.
