| Being a new style different from the traditional news, the television civil news issuccessful in audience rating and social appraise. It is very valuable to study this fieldbecause of complex historical and economic background of the prosperity and thedeep social root of the attention to the object. This thesis thinking of bringing forthnew ideas on TV news program, base on practice and theory study, give some ideas offuture news program trend. Firstly, on the retrospection of the developing process ofthe television civil news, the author of the thesis analyzes the deep-seated reasons ofthe emergence of the television civil news.
