Xml-based Document Management System Design And Application

The official document is the file with render a service legally and standardizing type of forming that is forming during state organ and other social organizations in the public affair activity exercise their authority and management. With the different from managing by hand in tradition, it uses the computer and network technology to manage official document. Document management is not only the core of the office automation, but also the important instrument of realizing the publicity of government affair.This paper starts with the document management in tradition, analyses its limitation then derivates electronic official document management; makes detailed analysis and concludes the disadvantage of the document management system in existence; puts forward that using XML unifying the document formation and also designs a document management system model that facing knowledge after analysing the working flow, safety, inquire, display, knowledge management and so on. At last, it designs and realizes a transformation systems using .net platform. The system can transform many kinds of format to XML format and display in nation standard also can be showed, edited, deleted, uploaded, downloaded in Word. This system can be used as a part of the whole system in the future.
