Integrated Quality Management System Design

By the requirements of ISO9000:2000 Standards and the current state of the enterprises, this article analyzes the main problems for the quality management system to solve, designs the architecture with the combination of the C/S model and the B/S model according to the user's difference, studies the flows of the main quality managements of the enterprises, designs the function model of the integrated quality management system, researches two kinds of widely-used technologies in the quality management system: the technology of statistics and analysis of quality information and the technology of system-integrating. According to the above study and the current state of the quality management of Nanfang Motor Ltd., this article designs and realizes the integrated quality management system for Nanfang Motor Ltd.. Finally, this article introduces the development process and the application of the system.
