This paper is based on the project: INTEGRATIVE QUALITY Management System based on Quality Information Technology Integration, which is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.70272032).Integrative quality management system implementation techniques based on quality information integration is the main study of the paper. Several new theories, new methods and new models were proposed: implementations research on integrative quality system of products lifecycle; quality information processing methods and models in modern enterprises; new quality information integrative platform and products recall management in modern enterprises.Application research on integrative quality system of products lifecycleDifferent quality management modes, quality tools and computer aid techniques are adopted in different lifecycle stage of products integrative quality management. As the basis of quality assurance, the topology structure and web structure of measuring equipments information management system were proposed. The key point lies in using the obtained information to predict the trends of quality by radial basis function (RBF) neural network, to solve this problem, a measuring equipment error prediction model based on RBF was set up and studied. Its application in measuring equipments' qualification rate and lifecycle prediction will prevent monitoring error and failure in processes, to realize the goal of quality assurance.Quality information processing methods and models in modern enterprisesQuality monitoring is the important technique to realize active management and control from passive management and control. And the emphases are to analyze the information gotten from production process and recognize or predict the states to control the process. The quality diagnosis models based on Back-Propagation (BP) neural network, self-organizing feature map (SOFM) network and support vector machine (SVM) were set up by doing a lot of experiments.
