Design And Implementation Of Quality Management Aid System For KAILAN Company

This thesis presents software development works on KAILAN company's industrial pipe product's quality management support system,which goal is to provide the engineers with the advanced support tools for persistent high level reliable product development and production.The thesis describes the software function analysis,design,programming and tests based on software engineering concepts and methods.In the aspect of function requirements this thesis establishes main functions of the system about KAILAN company's major problems to be solved in its product quality assurance in the phases of product pre-manufacturing,batch manufacturing and product usage.For each function of basic reliability data management,product reliability analysis and evaluation,reliability test information processing,purchased component reliability assurance and process reliability management,the required data processing demands and computational tasks are discussed with its related use case model presented.In the aspect of software design,this thesis establishes the software architecture and the related detailed design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,object models for reliability analysis and experimental data processing and some example database tables.In the aspect of implementation,this system runs in the platform of.NET environment on the application server and is programmed with C#.Some programs are briefly described together with the system test methods and results.KAILAN company's product quality management aid software is now well applied,e.g.,its processing capability on product reliability experimental data provides supports more complete than before to the company's high reliable product design and manufacturing.The practice shows this system's functions and implementation methods are reasonable and well satisfies the company's demands on the company's current product reliability management requirements.
