Product quality is one of the core competitiveness of modern manufacturing enterprises.The application of information technology optimizes the process of enterprise quality management,integrates enterprise resources,and realizes the rapid transmission & response of quality information,and provides reliable technical support for the collaborative operation of quality management and the analysis of quality data,thus promoting enterprise technology improvement and brand promotion.However,at present,the enterprise information system only pays attention to the quality control in the production process,ignores the quality of product design and service,lacks the analysis and prediction of the existing quality data,fails to consider the quality problems from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the product,leading to the gradual accumulation of quality problems increased,which resulting in product quality problems.From the view of product life cycle,this paper puts forward a comprehensive quality information model,analyses five aspects of product demand quality,design quality,supply quality,manufacturing quality and service quality,establishes a quality information model for each stage of product life cycle,and combines quality management theory,statistical process control(SPC),quality evaluation and decision-making technology.Analytical and predictive technology is organically combined to realize the quality information management and control of product life cycle.In this paper,statistical process control is realized by combining Shewhart and cumulative control chart,quality prediction is realized by Holt-Winters model,and product quality evaluation model is established by rough set theory.At the same time,a service-oriented architecture(SOA)quality information management system is designed to realize the collection,statistics,analysis,early warning,prediction,evaluation and decision-making of quality data,and to apply it to the actual quality monitoring,improvement and management of enterprises.At the same time,this paper combines R language and Java Web technology to improve the traditional SPC,using R language data prediction model programming to achieve quality data analysis,mapping and trend prediction.Using Java Web technology,a QIS quality information system for product life cycle is developed,which realizes the sharing and collaborative management of quality information.The practical application indicates that the quality management and control can be well realized by the Joint Shewhart Cumulative Control Chart,Holt-Winters Quality Prediction Model and the programming method based on R language.The QIS quality information system developed on this basis has good application prospects for product life cycle quality management and effectively improves the quality information management level of enterprises.
