Since the 21 st century,the rapid development of computer network technology has been applied to all aspects of life.Communication,transportation,production and service are everywhere.Enterprise operation and production plan,human resource management and other aspects in the manufacturing field have already completed the upgrading of information technology,while the development of information technology in the quality field has become a short board that has not yet been put together.How to combine computer network technology with quality management has become an unavoidable research topic in modern enterprise quality management.Integrating information means into quality management,that is,quality management informatization,started abroad,research and application started in Europe and the United States,but relatively late in China.At present,there is no universal system architecture and functional model,and there is no mature standard model.This project will focus on the combination of modern quality statistical technology and management concepts such as Statistical Process Control(SPC),Correlation Analysis,Combined Public Key(CPk),Defect Per Million Opportunities(DPMO)with network information technology.The quality control system suitable for the product and process characteristics of the enterprise.The specific functions are as follows:1.Realize the diversified acquisition mode which combines automatic data acquisition with manual data acquisition,realize real-time on-site data acquisition,real-time monitoring and early warning function based on mathematical statistics;2.Provide a variety of data analysis tools and up to 26 control charts to improve the ability of quality data analysis and provide support for internal quality improvement and quality decision-making;3.Implement quality traceability function,which can random traceable the quality information of products,orders and parts,and provide support for quality investigation and improvement.4.Report function,to achieve the output of a variety of reports,instead of manual reports,improve efficiency.The main development technologies used in this system include: based on COM+(Component object mode+),using B/S(Client/Server)three-tier architecture,Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database technology,and using SPC,CPk,Correlation Analysis and other quality statistics technology.The difficulty lies in the analysis and function compilation of a large number of mathematical statistics,the corresponding data acquisition and data interface design.Significance of this system research: This system studies the exploration and application of the deep combination of quality statistics technology and computer network technology,and achieves good application results.In addition,the system integrates the core business of general household appliances manufacturing enterprises such as quality inspection,monitoring,statistics,analysis,report forms,quality traceability and so on.It has a good reference significance for household appliances manufacturing industry,die and machine-processing enterprises.
