The Research And Realization Of Quality Management Information System Based On B/S Structure

As continuous improvement of information technology and quality management level, modern quality management now face new challenges. Modern manufacturing industry should work on the issue for a long time--how to combine science of quality, modern information technology, network technology and advanced management concepts, to build a modern quality management system and continuously improve product quality. This article is based on ISO9000 quality system. We explain the company background and needs of this research project. It reviews different development stages of domestic and international quality information management and the research status. It also summarizes the trend of quality information management technology and gives the research content and technological method.According to the core idea and basic principle, the B/S structure of management information system and key technology of software are studied. On this basis, it proposed the system structure and functional model of enterprise quality management information system, based on ASP.NET model.The paper has carried out the quality management system organization and business operation of company analysis. It makes definite the execution of ISO9000 quality management system in G and points out the existing problems in quality management and related measurement plan.On the basis of practical request of quality management in company G, the system structure design and corresponding principle and target are gived. The article determines the system structure and information flow of quality management information system, especially in the function design and database design of sub-module of nonconforming product control system. We also elaborate on the implementation of system functions and solution of user login security design.In this paper, the traceable quality affairs and information management system are developed. Visual Studio.NET platform is adopted as a development tool which administrated the foreground and background data. Between the foreground and background data, it carried out the data access and information exchange by using the ADO.NET. The developed system includes the following module, system management, document management, process quality information management and quality manual module. By applying the system, the paper gives the running instance of nonconforming product control process on the Web platform in the end.
