The Research Of Qualtiy-information Intergration Based On Quality BOM

Collection and integration technology of product quality-information facing full-life cycle, which was the foundation of modern quality management, provided stability support of information and technology for quick, validity quality scrutiny and management. Integration of product quality-information was an important and key work in the process of quality management. It has provided important judgment rules for the various works during the product quality management in enterprises.Although many research results were gained in this field abroad, it was not optimistic in domestic, especially results were not obvious at the aspect of the integration technology concerning product quality-information facing full-life cycle. Based on the analysis of research status quo and its development tendency, the paper did four aspects research in product quality-information collection, especially the integration of product quality-information facing full-life cycle.Illustrated the theory frame of product quality-information integration. Firstly, it gave an introduction to the basis of integration technology of product quality-information facing full-life cycle——Single Source of Product Data (SSPD). Then it expanded the meaning of the concept Bill of Material (BOM) and analyzed the relationship between quality-information integration of the product and BOM; therefore put forward an approach of quality-information integration of the product based on xBOM of quality and BOM of integrated quality. Finally, it elaborated how to describe the BOM of integrated quality.Though the analysis of component as well as instruments of product quality-information collection and the comparison of each collecting approach, and also referring to the advanced way of thinking and their means of managements in circulation of materials, this part designed a systematic scheme for product quality-information collection. And lastly it gave a further explanation of SSPD–the basis of the integration technology resting on the collection of product quality-information.Established the model of product quality-BOM facing full-life cycle——IQBOM, designed the storage structure of IQBOM and the data structure of its node-information. According to analyzing the character and the relation of product-BOM as well as DBOM and PBOM, brought forward the arithmetic of IQBOM integration and the mathematic functions and arithmetic of integration, distilling and backdating about product quality-information.
