Research And Development Of Integrated Quality Audit System

Based on the deep study and analysis of the ISO9000 quality management system standards and quality management principle and PDCA circle theory, this paper thoroughly explores the relations between quality management and quality auditFacing present quality audit,the paper studies the quality audit theory and summarizes the characteristics, contents, methods and management mode of quality audit, designes the quality audit system based on CIMS and detailedly expatiates the main function and realization of system, and introduces the key technologies including moderate structurization, information integration, statistic and realization of anclit workflow. Finally, the paper introduces the developments and application of system aiming at the characteristics of quality audit management and the requirements of quality audit for Nanfang Motor Co., Ltd, and realizes the combination between quality audit system and quality management system based on the development of the second NM-CIMS engineering. The development of the system can reduce the cost of quality audit, regulate the methods of quality audit and improve efficiency of quality audit and the level of quality management.
