With the development of computer and network, enterprises have made progress to collectivization, multi-industry and internationalization. More and more cooperation appear in different departments of one corporation or different corporations. ISO9000 standards have become a popular question for developing enterprise management information system, improving enterprise management level and increasing competition of the product in the market completely.The main purpose of this thesis is developing an integrated quality management system based ISO9001-2000 for enterprise document and data management and resolving the integration problem of the enterprise resource plan (ERP) and office automation system (OA). The content of this thesis is as follows:1 .It analyzes the theory and advantage and disadvantage of the establishment of enterprise information system. The design theory of the generator to quality management system (QMS) software based on web is advanced.2. A product quality assess model based on ISO9000-2000 is brought forward by the direction of decision support system (DSS) theory. In the precondition of the implemented quality management system in enterprise, according to the enterprise product quality assess guide line, the model can supply assistant decision function for enterprise governor.3.Synthetizing and analyzing the current enterprise information system, a generator system is designed that mainly includes enterprise quality document, record, process and enterprise report forms generation function on the base of analysis of ISO9000-2000 quality management system.4. Validating the feasibility and validity of the generator and the rationality of the framework of system according to the developing of the above function of generator and the simulation of the enterprise current ISO9001-2000 quality management system.
