Based On The Standard Neutral Standard Library Technology Research

With the development of network manufacturing technology, the enterprise traditional manufacturing pattern is already outdated. Agile Manufacturing, which can help the enterprise win the market competition of the 21st century, is one of the important industry manufacturing patterns. It requests the enterprise to support resources sharing, coordination design and coordination manufacturing under the network environment.According to the need of 863 researching project, the manufacturing system's development and application based on network in the high technical enterprise zone of Guanzhong region, this thesis researches the modeling technology and express method of Standard Part Library faced to heterogeneous CAD systems, so that, the manufacturing enterprise can browse and download the Standard Part model compatible their CAD system's format. And on that, a useful method is presented, which can establish the Standard Part Library conveniently and fast, and can be used in the heterogeneous CAD system.According to the research of Standard Part Library technology based on neutral standard format, following research works have been finished:1) On the technology of modeling Standard Part entity, 6 types and 504 pieces standard parts have been created by the parametric geometrical tools in CATIA.2) For this problem of how to express the standard part model for heterogeneous CAD systems, the thesis analyzed and expressed the standard part models based on feature technology and principle.3) The method of picking up the features of standard part model from CATIA is provided, and the above features were expressed by the EXPRESS language.4) The method of translating of the standard part model expressed by EXPRESS language to the UG system was realized.5) The technical method of programming in CATIA and UG system was fullydiscussed.
