Research And Realization Of Standard Part Library Based On PARTsolutions

At present, The design of mechanical products can not be separated from the use of a variety of standard parts, standard parts has become an important component of the mechanical products, widely use of standard parts is also an important symbol which indicates the design and manufacture level of a national and enterprise. With the development of CAD technology, the CAD software such as Pro/E,UG,CATIA, SolidWorks etc. is widely applied in many field in our country ,standard parts library developed by these CAD platform has also made great progress, However, as development of the networks and the information technology, the shortcomings of standard parts library is gradually revealed, most of them are only dependent on their CAD system, and cannot fully share information with heterogeneous CAD systems, at the same time, with the introduction of ERP,PDM system, Three-dimensional model data and its integration is a new requirements.Addressing these issues, the researchers in this paper investigate the development and application of PARTsolutions based on the Standard Parts Library. This paper mainly focuses on three aspects of the work to carry out:1. The researchers study the standard and interfere issue when PART solutions exchange data with other CAD system; at the same time, modeling techniques and the application of database technologies have been studied, too.2. The application and management of standard parts include the addition of standard parts, retrieval, assembly, etc. Also there is analysis of examples.3. The researchers in this paper achieve the integration of PART solutions and ERP, PDM.With the application of the standard part library system, the researchers in this paper solvethe problems about the data exchange between various systems, also achieve the whole process management about the data of product.
