With the importance of human resource management to improve the human resource management system, scientific management mode of more and more enterprises, Kunming China Resources Gas Co as Kunming gas market more standardized than gas enterprise scale also raised the demand, especially the business area is wide, molecular (Holdings) company is not concentrated, but human resource management and unified management by human resources department of the Kunming line company, so our company is necessary for the human resource management system construction and operation. This paper introduces the Kunming gas Huarun human resource management system research background, significance of the project and the research and application of the current situation, the paper research content, the main function in the system needs to solve and I finished; in business analysis, the old process of human resources management of Kunming China Resources Gas Co was analyzed, aiming at the existing problems, after the transformation of the business process is given, and the design of the new process; in the functional analysis, the system function:recruitment management, employee information management, training management, attendance management, salary management and rights management, the overall structure and the function of the system architecture and function the module is given. On the role of system analysis, and case analysis, the main function of system function and examples for each package diagram, use case diagram use case description.
