Study On Schedule Management Of Harbin Railway Bureau Of Human Resources Information System

In the new situation of the reform of the railway management system, theHarbin Railway Bureau (hereinafter referred to as: HRB Bureau) actively adapt tomarket requirements, speed up the transformation of growth pattern, to the modernenterprise system transformation and upgrading. In order to improve themanagement level of enterprises, the enterprises with their own reality, organize theresearch and development of the "6S" decision support system, for theenterprisemanagement master and analyze the situation of management,provide the basis forscientific decision. As one of the "6S" system, the railwaystarted the human resourceplanning analysis system development project, in order to promote human resourcesmanagement convenient, data, visualization,and effectively improve the overall levelof scientific personnel.In the human resource planning analysis system development process, becausethere are many factors affected by technology, time, personnel, the projectprogresscontrol is difficult.
