The human resources management system is one of the important information system of enterprise internal office system. It’s necessary that personnel archives and wages need the system centralized management. Through human resources, personnel archives information can be treated timely, work efficiency can be improved, the ability of human resources within the office of cooperative office can be strengthened, and the enterprise resources can be obtained optimally.The human resources management system that meets the company has been established with modern management models, visits to human resources department and feedback on the survey results The main content includes:process management, basic information management, personnel file management, salary management, and other modules. This system uses JSP as programming language and SSH as the system development framework, which have the advantage of visualization, object oriented, simply regulation, high efficiency and powerful functions. At the same time, it uses SQLSERVER as database, which has the advantages of simple storage, management, user-friendly interface, support for a wide range of benefits, etc.The system of human resource management will unify the human resources with related data, form the basis of data source, help enterprises and social insurance agencies with standardized management to improve the efficiency of the mechanism, and enhance the social image and status.
