In the face of the pressure and competition as well as China gradually honor the global world market, human resources management China domestic must integrate with the world level, follow the scientific, sustainable, standardization, marketization of the route, the human resource management for enterprise survival and development plays an important role. Therefore Lianda technology company only to establish the staff appraisal management system more perfect, more new management approach to practice, to meet the development trend of contemporary society.Firstly, This paper introduces the topic of the research background and significance, and then describes the main content of this paper and the author’s work. Secondly, this paper introduces the related technologies used in the process of project design and development, including B/S architecture, software engineering development method and UML unified modeling technology. Then this paper carried out a detailed needs analysis to the system, including the analysis of function requirement and non function requirement analysis. Functional requirements are analyzed in the system use case diagram, and gives a detailed description of the case. Again, in the design of the system, has carried on the system overall design and function module design, the system is divided into leave management, staff management, attendance management, performance appraisal management, user management, Assessment management, log management seven function modules, design the structure of each sub function package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and core program activity diagram. In the design of the database, mainly uses the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure to detailed design. Finally, the paper studies on the contents of the summary, expounds the main work, pointed out the deficiencies of the thesis, and the further work is prospected.
