In order to enhance the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the banks, many banks are struggling to find an effective way to improve the efficiency and to improve the internal performance, improve the overall performance and efficiency of enterprises fundamentally, coordinated im plementation of employee perform ance and the performance of the whole enterprise, this paper puts forward a perform ance appraisal system based on the.NET platform of bank employees, to establish an effective performance evaluation an d performance of bank perform ance management system.According to the needs of users, to conduc t in-depth research on the part of the bank staff performance appraisal management, analysis of user requirements, the system architecture and design scheme of bank staff performance appraisal management system: adopt Visual Studio 2008 technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database technology to design and realize the bank st aff performance appraisal m anagement system based on three layer architecture. In this process, the first is the demand analysis, then the system design, adopt three layer structure model based on.NET, then the system function modules, the system will b e divided into three m ain modules including candidates registration m anagement module, the applicant post query m anagement module, resumes maintenance management module, recruitment information release module, in the database design to take th e third paradigm design concept m odel and data table. Based on the above design was realized, including the realization of the main function module of the system, some key codes and the interface of the s ystem. Finally has carried on the system test, through the tw o aspects of system testing, verification system to meet the needs of users.Bank staff performance appraisal m anagement system to rea lize the digital operation of performance appraisal, the promotion of the rational allocation of resources bank staff performance appraisal, improve the enthusiasm of business management, can effectively solve the shortage of personne l management, improving the management of enterprises. The current system of m anagement performance evaluation of bank employees has been officially launched in business and operation, good benefits.
