With satellite navigation, radar and space vehicle to produce an increasing amount of data, data transmission bandwidth is expanding, this requires a data transfer system with high speed data sending and receiving ability, which to meet requirements of handling the data, information, and instructions in the measurement and control communication, High speed data transmission can be realized fast telemetry and control. In this topic, Signal information exchange between radio stations and air targets, on the basis of large quantities of data transmission. So in the wireless radio communication with air targets, high speed data transmission becomes the key.The design of the data transmission system based on the CPCI-bus is specific methods which radio exchange data with air targets, the system consists of three parts: PC interface, CPCI-bus interface and FPGA logic control and data processing, equipment is mainly a industrial computer and the board. PCI9054is used as interface chip, It with the signal processing part constitutes a circuit boards, boards insert the industrial PC slot, the industrial PC is use to write functional interface and develop interface driver, the drive is divided into PCI-to-Local transfer and the DMA mode transfer.In the design of the whole system, the PCI9054chip as a bridge for the board and industrial control chip, application interface send instructions pictures and parameters, two drivers are developed in the interface section. Before transmission, concrete transport need to choose the type of installing the driver, the resources of FPGA is used in the local bus, the FPGA logic control is needed to complete data transmission, FPGA can realize signal modulation and demodulation, It also can configure chip in radio frequency part, Finally the machine is tested, Test results meet the requirements of the objectives, the system can be put into use.
