The flying shear machine in steel rolling workshop is a kind of common shear equipment, Its automatic control have certain representativeness. Modern rolling speed of the bar line production is more and more high, the export speed of our country's existing high-speed wire line has reached 120m/s. The high speed of the flying shear machine must put forward more and more of the electrical control system of high demand, is also the flying shear machine must have the characteristics of fast response, control accurate and low failure rate.Base on the research in the Siemens S7-400 PLC control environment; this paper focuses COMMITMENT flying shears the automatic control system and its implementation. This paper designs cutting length of control flying and the positioning control scheme of shear blade, completing the PLC peripheral circuit design and the scene I/O configuration; Using STEP7LAD and CFC programming writing software. the structure of the control system are analyzed, completing the camber of accurate location of the blade and the precise shearing of the mill. System gives the main monitoring menu of the distal WINCC of control software, including "main menu", "set parameters", "monitoring operation", "measuring system", "auxiliary equipment"and "diagnosis function" seven pictures design.The positioning control of the flying shear blade adopts PLC - APC position automatic control, using high-speed T1400 Siemens process version arithmetic functions and rich software instructions, by detecting the actual position camber of blade fly with a given target are the deviation of the corresponding speed, instruction, when deviation is equal to speed is zero, ensure output accurate location of the shear blade.Finally, completed the whole system alignment and testing etc, and achieved good effect. In this system of the trials, fully indicated this success operation efficiency and reliability of research results.
