Application And Research Of Chemical Start-Up And Stop-Down Process Based On Petri Nets

Start-up process is a kind of complicated dynamic variation system, which exists not only continuous dynamic variables but also gone with discrete logic variables. The miscellany performance is very common in the flow manufacturing process; the modeling method to this process is far from mature at present. Based on some solvent recovery technology process, chemical miscellany performance has been discussed in this paper with the modeling method meanwhile. Then, the paper proposes a new controlling model method by using Time Petri Net to the miscellany process, which is also a start-up process. Then, the simulation software platform is developed.Firstly, the hybrid property of start-up process is studied in this paper, and the optimal process operation about start-up and stop-down are detailed analyzed, also the structure and control of start-up and stop-down are described.All of them above mentioned provides my next work with a...
