It is not only necessary in people’s life, but also is an important industrial raw material, which can be directly used to produce paint, soap, medicine, leather lubricating oil etc.. In view of the different use takes different production process. And as edible oils, it has strict requirements on its quality, earlier oil production technology can’t satisfy people’s needs. As people living standard rising the demanding of edible oils increases, and the small production have not meet the growing material needs.This paper designed a refining level of edible tea seed oil automatic control system with20tons per day, according to the current oil production process and the scale of production, and based on the status of the actual production requirements. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, according to oil processing requirement, the system has completed the overall design system. It is mainly composed of PLC Control and PC monitoring systems. The System selected SIEMENS S7-300Series PLC as controller, completed the user program of PLC in the software development environment of STEP7V5.4, the IPC as man-machine interface equipment, and SIEMENS WinCC V6.2as control software development platform. And the control software development platform used Industrial Ethernet communication processor CP343-1to accomplish the communication between PLC and PC.Second, the system has completed the control unit hardware module design, software design and PC monitoring system design. In the whole Automatic Control System, The PLC is responsible for on-site signal(liquid level, flow, pressure, temperature and various equipment parameters) collection, and in the same time controls the relevant valves, motor, the operation of equipment. The monitoring system could realize the function of surveillance for the on-site dynamic data, historical data archiving, abnormal signal alarm field operation guidance and the control of the production process.In addition, temperature is an important part of the eatch oil processing section. The system, for temperature closed loop control, has given the fuzzy PID controller design and simulation, applied to the system and has obtained the good control effect.The Automatic Control System has made full use of the PLC, having the advantages of flexible configuration, stable control, easy programming and maintenance. And it has been applied to the production line and the process control of PLC system technology has also meet the requirements of field technology, enjoyed safe, reliable operation and satisfying function in its work. And the monitoring interface, with clearly structure, is friendly, easy to operate. The system is helpful to raise the production efficiency and quality, to reduce cost of production and labor intensity. And it has realized good economic and social benefits. |
