Crosscut machine of corrugated, used for the production line output corrugated cardboard dynamic fixed-length shear, commonly known as"flying shear". When the shear, cutter speed must follow the change of the cardboard speed. In the meantime, it puts into effect fixed-length control. So flying shear is a complex motion control problem. To achieve follow quickly, drive unit is required to respond fast, no overshoot, parking position fast. At present, it also has no specific cross-cutting drive device at home and abroad. Because of its reverser problem DC-drive approach uses less. General inverter-drive approach can not meet the rapidity requirements. This paper mainly designs and researchs the drive system of crosscut machine. Based on AC servo drive technology, a smart cross-machine servo driver is designed in the paper. Main circuit is consisted of the three-phase rectifier modules and intelligent power module. TMS320F2812 DSP chip is used to control circuit to achieve digital design, completing PWM control. Modular programming ideas is used to complete the software design. Using voltage SVPWM based on the rotor magnetic field oriented id = 0vector control of a combination of programs finishes drive control. For features of the driver system, current regulator and speed regulator adopts PI control algorithm, To improve the system's rapid tracking capabilities . Position loop with P controller .At last, the results of experiments and simulation show that the design of crosscut machine control driver is reasonable. The driver has good speed following characteristics to meet the system requirements. It accumulats experience for high-performance crosscut machine entire equipment design.
