Secondary vocational education is an important part of both the national education system and the national vocational education system. How to improve the teaching quality and how to make our teaching more effective are the problems that many domestic secondary vocational school teachers concern nowadays.This subject mainly discusses on the "Project-based Learning"introduced into "office application software" course in the vocational school computer course under new curriculum reform background. It aims at improving the secondary students comprehensive quality and professional skills. This paper selects "campus talent show posters production" and "class achievements statistics analysis" two events. It introduces the application of the " Project-based Learning " in the course of office software application from the project selection, project teaching goal, project involves related knowledge and skills, project group, project development, phased evaluation and project evaluation, which are combined.In the teaching process of "Project-based Learning", students will have the opportunity to meet the task which they will meet in their future work. Each team member will have more opportunities to directly or indirectly to experience different jobs skills training by group work which can meet different levels collaboration to the needs of students. Under the guidance of the teachers, students set the work plan and the division of collaboration according to the actual working procedure. At the same time students are received the two outline education and the life education, which combines the moral fusion into teaching.Through the teaching model of "Project-based Learning", the teacher brings students main body consciousness into full play, cultivates students autonomous learning ability. And the teacher lets the student learn knowledge in communication, acquire knowledge from experience and consolidate knowledge in activities. Thus students comprehensive ability gets improved, so as to improve the students comprehensive quality and senior professional skills, which aims at cultivating the high-quality workers.
