Computer application foundation curriculum is a course which has a solid foundation bothin theory and application.Lately, the effect of this course is dissatisfactory with some reasons:the traditional mode of teaching is a mode of“lecture method”.It doesn’t fit for the vocationalschool students.Everything is like this. It is very urgent to seek a new mode of teaching forcomputer technology.Based on the theory of constructivism, the study concludes the key problems andimplementation procedures of project teaching method in the application of computer technology,moreover, initially explores electronic technology major lessons teaching through teachingpractice through reading a lot of references,theories and characteristics of project teaching.This paper has five parts:The first chapter is the introduction section. And demonstrates for this thesis topics,including research background and significance of research and methods.The second chapter is the basic theories and researches the origin of the project teachingmode, the characteristics and meaning of the theoretical basis of the project teaching mode, andthe differences between the project teaching mode and traditional teaching methods.The third chapter is the project teaching model in the post "Fundamentals of ComputerApplication course in design. Functional computer application of basic courses introduces thefeasibility of the project teaching mode and the elements are analyzed, discussed the designprinciples of the teaching process, and given a specific design of teaching cases.The fourth chapter is the mode of project teaching in vocational basic courses of computerapplications in teaching experiments. First, designs teaching experiments, according to theprogram lists the specific application of the two teaching cases describing the project pedagogy.At last, statistics and analysis of experimental data.The fifth chapter is summary and outlook. Through researching the project teaching advantagesand application of the project teaching should pay attention to the problems. According the experimentalanalysis of data to conclude the outlook, according to their own practice in the teaching process.Through the research of project teaching methods I found that project teaching mode can make students grasp the overall teaching contents and comprehensive application, stimulatestudents’ interests in learning, improve students ability at manipulative, cultivate students teamspirit and cooperation at pirisense, and improve students accomplishment and skills atoccupation.
