The essence of secondary vocational education determines that vocational education is employment-oriented. However, the employment situation of secondary vocational students is not so optimistic as the traditional subject-centered curriculum mode could not keep pace with current vocational development. So it is necessary to develop a suitable curriculum mode.First, a brief introduction is given to the reform of vocational education both home and abroad. Analyzing the questions of the vocational education in China, the significance of learning from the advanced curriculum design mode of work procedure systemization in Germany to conduct curriculum reform is revealed. Then the curriculum design mode of work procedure systemization is illustrated followed by two issues which are important in designing this curriculum: selection and the prioritization of subject contents. Based on this, the principle and methods of the curriculum design are proposed. Finally, taking the traditional curriculum Computer Assembling and Maintenance for students majoring Computer Science and Technology as an example, the new work procedure systemization curriculum is constructed which consists of learning scenes of real or simulating real tasks in the enterprises with main teaching method of project-based learning. We also discuss its effectiveness through research and analysis. Guided by reality, a special learning scene evaluation table is created combining evaluation, We adopt 3-level evaluation indexes to evaluation of group emphasizing the scene and process of students' learning to evaluate the students' comprehensive ability.Although work procedure systemization had been introduced to China for quite a long time, there are few cases that put this concept into practice. This research do pioneer work in this area so as to provide useful methods and measures for the reform of vocational education in China.
