| In the past five years,with the acceleration of the development of vocational education policy,more and more attention has been paid to the training of skilled workers,it encourages governments to invest in smart schools construction in secondary vocational schools.At present,many schools have already established scale smart schools facilities.Howerver,Some facilities have not been fully utilized due to the lack of supporting software.Secondary vocational school urgently complete to improve the efficiency of internal office by reasonable business planning.In this paper,according to the survey documents of the actual office needs of secondary vocational schools,and on the basis of building a demand model based on the relationship between user roles and functional modules,the whole software is divided into five core functional modules:personal office management,workflow management,document management,information management and system management.At the same time,the project uses B/S mode,according to the changes in user needs can be redeveloped and updated server program to constantly improve the user experience,can better serve the daily teaching.The design of OA system design adopts the current popular agile development model,the system selects ThinkPHP5+MySQL as the development framework,adopts the mainstream MVC development mode,and uses RBAC as the authority management system.The server environment is Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP(LAMP),and the Ul system uses HTML5+Bootstrap.As far as possible,Ajax can be used to improve the efficiency and user experience of the system.Through the deployment and implementation of the system,the stable operation of the office automation management system in secondary vocational schools can not only meet the office requirements of document processing in secondary vocational schools,but also improve the office efficiency of the system users,and ultimately promote the development of campus digital and intelligent construction process. |
