A Study Of Financial Shared Services Model On Power Enterprise Group

Financial Shared Services is a new kind of management mode for multinational corporations. It can significantly reduce the cost of ordinary operations, improve efficiency, and support the effective implementation of the enterprise group's strategies. So financial shared services model is widespread concerned in the theory and practice field.
