With the rapid development of the TV technology, IT and computer network technology, efficiency and ability of information communication of human being spread quickly too. The rise and development of Audio-Visual Instructional Medium has changed the characteristic property of the tradition classroom medium giving first place to static state medium; The computer and the internet technology has added the interactive function to tradition classroom teaching, extending teaching in the classroom to the outside. How to unite TV and computer network effectively to promote classroom teaching and to improve the applying effect of the network course is the problem urgent to study.The main content of the study is to design and develop the Web-based course: Digital Media Non-lineary Edit Technology and to carry out the further study of Instructional application, expecting to raise teaching effect by using the Audio-Visual Instructional Medium and the content designs of computer network medium. The study is based on the two aspects of quality and quantity and hypothesis will be verified by questionnaire, quasi-experiment.The main conclusion of the study is: The Web-based course Digital Medium Non-lineary Edit Technology has brought the effect of Audio-Visual and the computer network medium into teaching sufficiently, rich in natural resources, fairly good effect in interface and easy to handle. The course is effective in teaching in the kind of movie and TV and the technical ability; Bt using Digital Medium Non-lineary Edit Technology in Web-based course, students have raise a lot their studying interest, the degree to their identification with, acceptance of the course and the grasp of the knowledge. The application of the course can improve their ability to study autonomously, cooperatively and exploratively.The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter expounds the studying background, the problem and the contents, the research methods etc.; the second chapter sets forth the basic theories that this research applies; the third chapter illustrates the design and exploitation of Digital Medium Non-lineary Edit Technology Web-based course; the accurate experiment having set forth course teaching studies; the fourth chapter expounds the design and studying result; the fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and gives some suggestions.
