In the past few years network technologies has been developing greatly and the network Increasingly becomes an important teaching method and classroom。 Meanwhile, the network Instruction expands quickly in universities and colleges, therefore the demands to evaluation base on network Instruction become more and more urgent。 Network Instruction is a new Instructional pattern and Instructional evaluation bases on it therefore is an all new topic.With the network Instruction practice as the starting point, Based on the E-learning and constructivism theory, the article not only analysis the Related evaluation theory , but also sets forth the basic system requirement and its model which can configure the evaluation parameters and make comprehensive evaluations for users.Besides those analyses, the article researches the related important technologies, and a case is introduced to explain the system.Finally, some new ideas and suggestions are given to this system.
