Under the guiding of the new Curriculum Criterion, the integration of information technology and subject has provided a strong safeguard for students' voluntary learning, collaborative learning and inquiry learning. Especially, the appearing of the Special Subject Learning WebSite has doubtlessly put new vigor into the Subject Teaching. Applying the modern instructional theories and the learning theories of constructivism, aiming at changing teachers' teaching ideas and cultivating students' accomplishments of information and creation, this article has discussed the teaching process of the course—Criminal Procedure Law—one of the basic legal courses in our school, developed the Special Subject Learning Web Site fitted with the course, explored the instructional design and application of the Special Subject Learning Web Site. With the research method of quality and quantity, the methods of quasi-experiment and investigation, this article has carried out the research of substantial evidence on the Special Subject Learning WebSite of Criminal Procedure Law designed for teaching application. This article has explored the ways of realizing the Four Changes based on Special Subject Learning WebSite and deepened the teachers' understanding about the applying arrangements of modern educational technology and the new educational conception, and promoted the popularization of modern educational technology in the teaching of law subjects.
