Design And Implement Of Embedded Video Signal Capturing System

This paper illustrates the design and realization of the image processing device based on the embedded system. The embedded system has advantages as low power consumption,small volume, good property with high reliability, as well as it can satisfy the ever-increasing complication of the image application.The design and realization of the image processing device includes the hardware part and the software part. In accordance with the function requirements, for the hardware part, it is equipped with the 32 bit ARM microprocessor S3C2410 of the Samsung Corp. as the core processor for the outer interface circuit. As for the software, it is designed to use the qualified Windows CE 5.0 Operating System And the software part also requires that the kernel mirror file should be Programming the flash on the developing device. As for the device application experiment, this paper discusses the realization of the algorithm of the image compression and the experiment outcome based on the JPE2000 Standard.
