In the framework of the financial center, there are five Units according to their basic functions and the specific operational division, namely the Ministry of the financial accounting operations unit, cost control business unit, Asset Management Business Unit, Financial Information Systems Business Unit and Budget Management Business Unit. Then clarify the specific business processes and functionality of each unit, and finally analysis and evaluate the effect of the redesigned financial business process.This application-oriented papers, redesigns the Enterprise financial business process to resolve the existing enterprise groups A's financial problems, and have achieved the desired results.
