Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory originated in the1990s in the United States last century, whose background is in the context ofeconomic globalization and market uncertainties and other factors, in order toensure their own survival and development then a management techniquesrise in enterprises. The technology quickly swept the world since the emergenceand came into China soon, the development of domestic enterprises has playeda positive role. It should be noted that there are many business processreengineering case of failure. BPR is a complicated systematic project, itsimplementation will make the business processes and management systemsthoroughness changes. Successful business process reengineering allowsbusinesses have a new look and makes the enterprise achieving leapfrogdevelopment and strategic transformation of propellant, and if the businessprocess reengineering fails, the large number of enterprises will not only resultin waste of resources, but also to make business management more confusing.This paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical basis of businessprocess reengineering on that key business process reengineering success lies ina highly unified processes, organization and strategy, and related researchTaiyuan High-tech venture capital firm BPR is also based on the idea expanded.This paper first describes the meaning of BPR, the basic ideas and researchstatus of business process reengineering, describes the development of venturecapital and industry characteristics. Secondly, with the actual development of Taiyuan High-tech venture capital firm, for an overview of Taiyuan High-techventure capital company and the company’s core business were introduced toanalyze the Taiyuan High-tech venture capital company for business processreengineering background. Next, Taiyuan High-tech venture capital company’score business processes were analyzed, and based on the situation on thecompany’s existing business processes flow problems in a careful analysis. Next,a value chain tool was used in this paper to classify Taiyuan Hi-Tech Venturecompany’s business processes, the company’s core business processes weresummed up, then focus on the problems of diagnosing core business processesand issues that exist in the organizational structure of the company, then there isa problem according to the status of Taiyuan High-tech venture capitalcompanies and business processes, combined with new design and systemtransformation model, the company’s design process framework, the corebusiness process reengineering programs, and organizational change solutionscompany. Finally, the implementation of safeguards in Taiyuan High-techventure capital firm BPR were analyzed, the focus from improving theorganizational structure, staffing and job responsibilities adjustments and theintroduction of several aspects of information management systems to protectthe company’s successful implementation of business process reengineering.Finally, venture capital companies how to successfully conduct business processreengineering was summarized, and prospects of the future research work.
