Under the circumstances of the increasing customization and the shorter life cycle of products, industries must provide their customers with competitive and customized products and services. With the more and more varieties brought by new information technology, industries now are under the more demanding circumstances. It was already recognized by circles of both theorists and business that performance of organizations can be significantly improved through business process reconstruction.The advantages of Process-styled organization structure are beyond linear or functional structure. As organization structure is established with core process and not department function as a centre, the boundaries between traditional departments will disappear. The basic unit of an organization is group, not individual. Most work of cooperation and administration in process organization is finished by a group. Surrounding the core process, a group is established, and it is not limited within a department. The work of process organization is based on satisfying customers'requests. Employees must contact with customers and providers directly and frequently. They will pay much attention to satisfactory degree of customers. Work must start with customers in the style of process. More importance is attached to customers than ever.At first, this study illuminated theories of BRP and organization structure, and established a matrix model to evaluate the rational degree of organization, then find out calculating approach of its indices. Then we made use of previous research result to develop a way to acquire value of elements through next matrix and changed matrix. Through calculating quantitive matrix, we can get a appraisal result of rational degree of an organization.A analysis model is established that can be used to judge whether a organization change is required through using appraisal result and analysis of the circumstance of an organization. Through analysis of the model, we can decide whether an organization requires process restructure or applies to process restructure. When an organization was restructured, we banded appraisal results and dimension of organization to establish a analysis model of setting process department, and recommended on department setting through analyzing the model.At last, the step of organization change was recommended.
