Since the 90 s of 20 century, our country small and medium-sized enterprise development momentum rapidly, and along with the position of SMEs in national economy is increasing day by day, they have virtually replaced the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises has become to promote our country the backbone of national economic growth. But with the arrival of the economic globalization development and information explosion era, the intensity of competition in the market approach and fierce, the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are dramatically compressed, which to the vast number of small and medium enterprises brought very grim challenge, the traditional management mode and organization structure already can not adapt to the current competition of globalization.Business process reengineering is through a series of reforms to improve the enterprise's market competitiveness, survival ability and development ability and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises a is introduced in the late 90 s of the 20 th century modern management ideas and methods of enterprise management philosophy, organizational structure, business processes, such as related links, the implementation of enterprise business process reengineering the essence and core is to break the shackles of processes of the original re shaping the core business processes, and the time, cost, quality, service, speed and environment which can objectively reflect the enterprise competitive force of elements has been significantly improved and enhanced. This research working in the small and medium-sized enterprise business process reengineering principles, methods, contents,strategies, and implementation steps and follow-up security measures, and the introduction of the Qingdao Haier Logistics Co., Ltd., the successful implementation of business process reengineering of the classic case and refining analysis, in order to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to take the right way of business process reengineering, and in the implementation level of the business process reengineering provides a practical significance and value guidance and advice, improve the management level of small and medium-sized enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market strain capacity and its,fundamentally improve small and medium-sized enterprises in modern market competition in the survival and development ability. The in the course of the study, the use of the SWOT analysis method, qualitative analysis method as well as the theory and practice experience combining comparative analysis, in reading and analysis based on a large number of literature,combined with the author's practical experience and the Qingdao Haier Logistics Co., LTD industry business process reengineering case analysis and induction, more systematically discusses the small and medium-sized enterprise business process reengineering(BPR).Through research that the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country must be to make full use of modern information technology, changing the traditional business philosophy and business processes, to "customer first, customer friendly" business philosophy as the foundation, to the global optimum of the overall process as the goal, fundamental, radical business process reengineering, in order to improve business processing efficiency and core competitiveness of the target, and then make the company have stronger ability to survive in the fierce competition in the market, occupy a space for one person.
