In recent years, China’s rapid economic development has led to the rise and developmentof a large number of enterprises. Among them, the scale of Shandong Kerui Corporation has arapid expansion. But, along with the development, a series of problems, for example,increased level, overstaffing, personnel inseparable and inefficient which are characterized bylarge enterprises disease, emerge in the company. At the same time, the trend of modernmarket economy and internationalization put forward higher requirements to the company.Customer and market oriented is the only way of thinking for the company. For Shandongkerui Corporation, the pursuit of better development, Business Process Improvement is thebest way to solve those problems and improve enterprise’s core competitiveness.Based on the BPR theory, after analyses the research status of BPR, the paper gives adetailed analysis to the concrete content of BPR including principles, methods, processes, keyelements and Mistakes of the theory. Regarded as the research object, the business processimprovement of Shandong kerui Corporation is analyzed in this paper including the enterprisestatus, organizational structure and main business processes. Besides, the risk, resistance andimplementation conditions of the company’s BPR are analyzed. Then, the BPR of Shandongkerui Corporation is designed which discussed in detail from the aspect of organizationalstructure, key business processes and support measures. In addition, the experimentalimplement of BPR is put forward. Finally, the paper makes estimating analysis to the BPRimplement of Shandong kerui Corporation and some continuous improvement requirementsare raised.
