The market environment for change in the way of management, business processreengineering idea is to adapt to today’s complex and changing, ever-changing,competitive market environment was born. Thinking as a good adaptation to theenvironment, and quickly and efficiently to solve business problems, it appeared theyquickly get you approved and become an important management theory and practice.Business Process Reengineering central idea is to do fundamental rethinking of theentire business process redesign, process-centric integration of resources, the ultimateaim is to enhance the efficiency and performance of the enterprise.Similar to some other enterprises, the development of the AS now encountereda bottleneck, various problems have become exposed in the external marketcompetition fierce and cruel circumstances, internal bodies bloated tired, operatorsare increasingly inefficient growth performance are becoming increasingly slowingdown. Facing so both internal and external, AS out of the woods only by the road ofchange, a comprehensive business process reengineering of the enterprise in order todefuse the crisis. First by today’s mainstream method to identify the key businessprocesses, such as the empirical analysis, literature survey, the enterprise inside thebusiness process changes are required to identify, and then in the Business ProcessReengineering (BPR) under the guidance of thought these business processes analysisand fundamental redesign. By more than a series of processes in order to achieve theenterprise upgrading and leap on the elements of the various indicators.Firstly, the paper the background and significance of the study and methods, aswell as Business Process Reengineering (BPR) thinking at home and abroad Research.Then asked the entire article studied the problem of theoretical foothold, thegeneration of BPR thinking, development, collate and summarize the characteristicsand the use of the conditions and processes, laid the theoretical foundation of thearticle. Feed the object of this paper AS company, through the analysis of thestructural changes necessary for the research of high-end manufacturing business organization and analysis of the status of the AS company’s core business processes.AS company’s core business processes re-design. The core business processes inaccordance with the idea of BPR fundamental thinking and re-design. The process ofargumentation and conclusions of this paper can provide some reference for similarproblems in the future researchers.
