With the speeding up of world’s economic integration and financial globalization,our rural commercial banks are facing enormous challenges, especially those whichjust established by joint-stock reform, are faced with the pressure from theglobalization of the international financial market, and with the intense competitionfrom large domestic commercial banks, and also with the heavy historical burden. Ithas been a hot issue for each rural commercial bank concerned to how to play theirown advantages, take the market as the guidance, rapidly response to customer’sneeds, and provide customers with high quality satisfactory service of one-stop.Therefore, the organizational mode of the rural commercial bank in China is analyzed,we have found the existing mode of organizational transformation path of ruralcommercial bank, and thereby improving organizational performance of our ruralcommercial bank, rural commercial banks in China maintain their competitiveness inthe environment changed dramatically, which has plays a very important role.This study systematically analyzes the external and internal organization form ofrural commercial bank in our country, with the management mode of process bankfirst to today’s more sophisticated as a view, and combining with the theory oforganizational structure and organizational transformation, summed up the impact onthe healthy development of China’s rural commercial banks in the currentorganizational model drawbacks; to serve as a basis, analysis of organization modetransformation of necessity and urgency of China’s rural commercial bank, andaccording to bank business process reengineering theory, proposed an influencefactors model of organization mode transformation of China’s rural commercial bank.According to the above the model, under the organization pattern transformationprinciple instruction, the path and process model of rural commercial bankorganizational model transformation has been conducted the thorough research,proposed construction process of business process-oriented organization under theperspective of process bank, pointed out the direction for organizational modeltransformation of our country rural commercial bank. Finally, we take HB RuralCommercial Bank for a case, deeply studied in the organizational mode transformation and process-oriented commercial bank construction aspects, throughanalysis and summary of the existing problems in the process of organizationaltransformation, combined with the proposed transformation path of organizationalmodel of rural commercial bank, put forward the targeted and improvedcountermeasures and suggestions, for the future construction of the development ofChina’s rural commercial banks have good enlightenment function.
