Visual Management And Its' Practise In F Co. Ltd.

As a systematic management thinking, Visual Management is poluplar in most of factories. Despite that it takes a lot of resource for manpower, money and etc which have been pointed out by experts in the field, it is widely adopted by companies because it can improves problem detection, efficiency for manpower, material, space and so on. They include Toyota as example for large scale company and small scale company which own only 100 staff or below 100. Taking F Co. Ltd. as a case, the paper studies the adoption based on 4 orientions of Balanced Score Card, including internal process, finance, customer management and learing/groth, combining the actual situation of F Co. Ltd. It also evaluate the effect of Visual Management in F Co. Ltd. After data collecting and analyzing, we find that it can improve cost control, waste reduction, profit increasing, employee and customer satisfaction.The paper consists of 3 parts as the followings:The first part illustrates overall introduction of Visual Management. Firstly, necessity of Visual Management has been researched. Secondly, it describe the definition of Visual Management. Then contents of Visual Management have been introduced, including internal process, finance, learning and groth, and customer Management. Finally, some methods on how to push Visual Management are introduced.The Scond Part illustrates the practise of Visual Management in F Co. Ltd. Firstly, F Co. Ltd. is described briefly. Then it illustrates how to prepare to start Visual Management. Finally, it detail the adpotion of Visual Management in F Co. Ltd., including 4 orientions. The third Part evaluates the effect of Visual Management in F Co. Ltd. by collecting data and investigation, basing on 4 orientions of BSC. It conclude the Visual Managemnt can improve the efficiency, reduce the cost.Finally, it summarize the paper, including share the experience for Visual Management.
