The Research Of Lean Production Management Status And Optimization Strategy In INVENTEC Company

The lean production is a production management that originated in Japan Toyota. The basic idea of lean production is eliminating most of the inefficiencies and waste by improving all aspects of the production efficiency. We should enhance the production flexibility, lower the cost and reduce the inventory of the product, materials and funds to increase the turnover rate with limited production resources. With the lean production the Toyota win in the automotive market with highly competitive and occupy the market quickly. Because the success of the Toyota Company make the more and more companies concerned about the lean production. Lots of companies have been studying of lean production. With the hope of elimination of production waste and improving product quality, lots of manager use the lean production in their own companies. So that they can occupy a favorable position in the fierce marketing competition.The main purpose of my article is to find a way how the enterprise can use the lean production more efficiency. From learning the lean production we should explore the way that more suitable for our own companies. We should improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness more effenctively after we learning the lean production rather than learning the lean production as a mechanical theory and make the simple imitation. According to the specific vircimstances of the I AC Company we design the more effective production management models and methods for the company. And we practice the application of these improvements in the IAC Company. Through a period of experimental time to observe the actual results we continue to refine the lean production management. Finially we get a series of production management strategy that suit for the IAC Company. After that the IAC Company can achieve the advantages in the intense competition market.
