Lean production is facing the Japanese automobile industry resource scarcity,especially in assembly line side,plant is relatively short and inventory under the circumstances.Japanese automobile industry research and invention of a production mode and now has been extended to the world.Lean production is to adapt to different models at the same time in a production line.Lean production mode has replaced the large-scale mechanized production mode.In the past the automobile industry is in a large scale of production.But times have changed,mass production has been unable to meet current consumer demand for personalized,also will lead to adverse inventory increase and a large number of production equipment investment,investment increased greatly,automobile production mode is confronted with challenges.The mode of industrial production has changed into a variety of production mode,and the automobile industry also needs to change the mode of production with the change of the industrial production mode.The lean production model is in this context,In the middle of the twentieth century,for Toyota Company meet the actual production requirements,and meet the needs of a diverse customer orders at the same time.Meanwhile to reduce inventory and production line of large-scale investment,achieve the goal of waste reduction,this is can be called the Toyota Lean production mode.After the implementation of the lean production mode,continue to meet the diversification of production and demand,reduce inventory,to meet the diverse needs of customers,also makes the automobile industry in Japan to catch up with the international well-known brands only in 20 years.Finally,Japan automobile industry open the international market successfully and eventually become the core strength of the international automobile industry.Since the reform and opening up,with the development of China's automobile industry,some of the leading car companies have carried out the lean production way and there is no lack of successful examples.But throughout the advancement course,lean production in China's auto enterprises can be found,the traditional cost management mode have hindered the implementation of lean production,therefore adjusting the traditional mode,the lean thinking throughout the cost management system,and optimized,in order to promote our country automobile manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of cost management.Lean production is the most advanced development of modern industrial engineering and advanced production method that has been widely used in the automotive industry.It has achieved remarkable results in the production operation management.The thesis combined with the author in the automotive industry background,discussion of the mode of lean production to Beijing automobile production in the role,and the consequences and influence,in-depth system analysis of problems and causes of the Baic motor(Beijing)assembly plant in lean production.By learning from the experience and practice of the domestic automobile factory,and combine with foreign advanced case the thesis puts forward to perfect and improve the Baic motor(Beijing)assembly plant lean production effective ways and measures to improve production management level.Lean production is essentially the elimination of 7 waste for the purpose of.The 7 big waste is bad waste,the waste of the stock,the waste of over production,the waste of the processing,the waste of the movement,the waste of the transportation,the waste of waiting.What is a waste,without any added value of the action,methods,behavior and plans.Using different criteria to judge an action,behavior,method or plan,the degree of waste will be different.Field activities include "added value" and "no added value" activities,those activities that do not generate added value should be resolutely eliminated.
