Lean Production Application Research In Q Enterprises

With the increase in the number of years after the blowout,the truck market ushered in a downturn.The truck with excess capacity,market competition has become increasingly fierce,the truck entered the era of meager profit;also because of long-term problems covered extensive management capacity blowout and high consumption of resources and cheap labor force gradually revealed,its development space is increasingly restricted,and from the difficult and frugal environment honed the lean production way as these enterprises to cope with setbacks,to good way of survival and development.In this paper,the research and application of lean production at home and abroad,such as the origin,connotation,system,methods and tools of lean production,to provide theoretical support for the promotion of lean production in Q company.Combined with the characteristics of Q company,to build a lean production system(QPS)suitable for Q company.By promoting the practice of enterprises in the QPS,Q has been effectively applied,the enterprise has also achieved a greater effect.Practice has proved that the lean production has a very obvious effect on the management of truck enterprises,Q company is growing up from China market environment of independent brands,has the typical representative,combined with the actual business of promoting lean production,has great significance for the study and promotion of lean production to automobile enterprises.Its popularization and application is of great significance to change the backward situation of the truck manufacturing enterprises in our country and to enhance the competitive strength of enterprises.
