The Application Research Of Lean Production In JE Company

Lean production with its birth in Japan is set of advanced management way as result of constant development and improvement in practical process of production,which then can be applied extensively in the world through summary,systematization,theory and promotion by American scholar.Its basic concept is to find and clear away unnecessary waste in the process of production through realization of just-in-time production.Lots of enterprises in China adopt traditional push-production management mode for a long period with serious waste phenomenon and generally low efficiency of production,this major research purpose of this article is how to promote comprehensive efficiency of production about enterprises through implementation of lean-production management mode by JE company.This article researches application of lean production based on theory of lean production and with combination of working experience in JE company.Major contents include: analysis on basis and motivation of implementing lean production about JE company;description for strategies for implementing lean production and establishment process of lean production system about JE company;detailed introduction of all-dimension implementation of lean production in JE company;analysis and summary about outcome for implementing lean production of JE company;finally summary and conclusion from this article: lean production is an effective production management mode to improve enterprises' competitiveness.
