The Study Of Lean Production Implemented In The Enterprise

The Lean Production originated from TOYOTA, The famous Japanese auto manufacture. Currently, it is widely implemented by lots of global manufacturing Company. Due to the Lean can significantly decrease the manufacturing cost, reduce the development and manufacturing period, and reduce the Lead Time, decrease the inventory and ensure the cash collection, the Lean implementation will increase most profit and obviously improve the company competitiveness.This study will concern with the born and history of Lean, the development and application in manufacturing area, and will concern with the 5 principle of Lean,7 waste of Manufacture, and main lean tool, introduction of the Lean features, the distinction between lean with the traditional manufacturing.Analysis for the implementation background, the Lean objective of H Company, some good case study of some H company which successfully implementation the Lean production. This study will also reflect the Lean implement process, KPI impact, disadvantage and preventive action, the enterprise competition improvement etc; meanwhile we will give some suggestion for the establishment of Lean concept and Lean culture.At the end, we will summarize the result and acquisition of H Company after the Lean implementation, and give some constructive suggestion for the coming improvement, that will be benefit for other coating manufacturing's reference.
