Analyzing And Designing On Official Document Flowing Subsystem Of Public Finance OA System

Today the E-government has played an important role in the national economyinformation establishment, and has had the revolutionary influence to the traditionalrunning pattern of the government. The prompting of E-government systemestablishment has already become the key of national information systemestablishment. Under this background, this paper has researched the development ofan official document flowing Subsystem of public finance OA system, and tried toprovide a worthy reference for official document system establishment.The main contents of research in this dissertation are as follow:The paper has compared official document flowing system with generalworkflow management system, and made a summary of characteristic officialdocument flowing system. This paper has proposed a way of realization of officialdocument flowing system based on workflow management system.As the important step of feasibility analysis, this paper put forward thetechnique project of the system and the software structure of the system, andanalyzed main technique and product adopted by public finance OA documentflowing system. These technique and software include B/S model, J2EE standard,WebLogic application server, Oracle database server.This paper has analyzed form management module, official document flowdesign module, document flow instance management module of official documentflowing system, and introduced these three module's database design andpreliminary design.
