Recently, more and more research and design of the wireless receiving and transmitting systems are reported and investigated to follow the market demand. The wave in the 336-344 MHz for opening frequency band has better diffraction character. It's a good project to transfer pictures of the mobile objects with OFDM under the frequency band. The article describes the view of selecting suitable electric devices and optimize the project for improving the function and price of product. The linearization technology of RF power amplifier is studied through the design of RF power amplifier. In the process of synthesizer design, the integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) synthesizer is used to lower the price and diminish the product while system character is insured in order to meet market need.Firstly, the nonlinear characteristic of RF power amplifier is studied in the article and the improvement project is proposed. Secondly, synthesizer design method is analyzed with PLL theory. Thirdly, the whole project of the 340MHz wireless receiving and transmitting system and the circuits are introduced particularly. Finally, the whole characteristic of system and the wireless transmitting distance is proposed and analyzed. The final test data shows that the linearization technology improves the nonlinear characteristic of RF power amplifier and all data of the system meet the requests. The system has the better performance in transmission practically.
