Training activities is a service compared to products with a great scalability. Early in the design of business management systems, training services provided by the GEC a single line. With the development of the company, business type and management have been expanding. System must be constantly adding new function. More and more bloated system architecture, lack of correlation of information between modules. Duplicate entry of information is serious, long-term commitment under the system memory in a large number of invalid information. Finally led to the efficiency of the system compromised, a significant number of users complain about spam over and run the system slow and incomplete features. Slowly are reluctant to use the current business management system.Latter-day, enterprises' training requirements are based on management problems in their own custom made, personalized training services. Training company to respond flexibly to demand, rather than their own model defined by the training enterprise. Furthermore, enterprises are not satisfied with some courses available, but to training companies to provide systematic training solutions. It will cause the stretching of all training services flow, and improve overall service level requirements. Combination of e-business technology and GEC management system on the needs of business conditions. This paper presents a project-oriented business management processes to adjust for GEC, and design a project-oriented training business management system. The paper will give the process of GEC management system for functional analysis and detailed design steps of system modules.
