Design And Realization Of Training Business Management System Use For School Of Finance Based On Cloud Service Platform

In recent years,as more and more enterprises and individuals pay more attention to financial knowledge,the demand for financial courses is becoming more and more important.One of the most important businesses of business colleges is to provide educational services for these enterprises or individuals.Because of the particularity of the operation,the teaching projects and products of the business school have more flexibility and shorter cycle.As training programs and courses become more frequent,business schools need a software for developing process and project management to ensure efficiency and standardization of processes.This paper is based on the needs of the PBC School of Finance,Tsinghua University,to design and construct a training business management system for business schools.According to the characteristics and needs of users,this paper designs the system structure and technology plan,and then designs and implements the trigger rules and database for specific businesses.The choice of the technical scheme is to use the PaaS type CloudCC cloud service platform as the technical support of this system,and use Java technology and B/S architecture.This paper introduces the architecture of CloudCC cloud platform and the development way based on CloudCC cloud platform,and then describes functional requirements,quality requirements and description of software architecture through use case modeling,and finally describes the whole construct process of training business management system on CloudCC cloud platform.The training business management system achieved the management of the teaching project.It ensures the progress and healthy development of the project and curriculum,improves the transparency of the teaching information,and strengthens the collaboration of the managers.After a year's normal operation,the training business management system has saved the cost of hardware and software maintenance,improved the efficiency of training business management for PBC School of Finance,Tsinghua University,and also ensured that the system could continue to expand in the future.
